Subscription
When you sign up for a Promix subscription, your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you specify - whether it be every 4 weeks, 3 months, etc. - at the set price for such subscription, plus applicable shipping and taxes. If you need to skip a shipment, change your order details or cancel, you may do so at any time by visiting your account page. You will be notified of any upcoming renewals 3 days prior to the charge date. In order to prevent a renewal charge from occurring you must visit your account page and cancel the subscription prior to 8:00am EST on the charge date listed.
