I am known for my impeccable recovery from life threatening accidents & how I am able to bounce back better than before, physically & mentally. From year round training for sports, entering into the collegiate level, and now helping others reach their goals with my life experiences and training. Focusing on helping individuals sculpt their bodies & create a better mindset in their everyday lives. 5:00 AM
Wake up
Life coaching with clients
Morning
40oz bottle of water & a side ice coffee with promix collagen. I consume about 120oz of water before noon. I normally do intermittent fasting till 12.
After I’m done training clients I like to get outside and eat my first meal which is normally egg whites, beans, spinach & a little avocado. Every meal ALWAYS with a glass of water.
Afternoon
I work on content, meet with other people industry, work on programs, and workout around 2pm.
Workout
During my parkour I always consume Promix BCAA, fav flavor is Wildberry. Right after my workout Its a must for me to take Promix Raw chocolate vegan protein powder, followed by a meal an hour later.
Late afternoon
Meal
My go to is a tuna sandwich (quick and easy to make)
Evening
I always try and swim everyday after I meditate & journal.
7:00 PM
Dinner
To prepare for the next day I make sure I get a good meal in, typically chicken, rice, and a tasty vegetable, this is typically around 7pm.
9:00 PM
Bed
I like to get to bed around 9, this works the best for me, from proper recovery & sleep for my lifestyle.
