Wake up
My body naturally wake up at around 6am every morning.
6:30 AM
Fasted run
I go for a fasted run 2-4 miles.
7:00 AM
Breakfast
Fruit smoothie and bowl of oatmeal
Morning
Training
I train my morning clients until around 10am then I take my Promix pre workout and get after it
Afternoon
Lunch
Depending on the type of workout, I like to have either a wrap or a bowl for lunch. high protein, greens, and carb
4:00 PM
Clients
4pm is the best time to have a protein puff in between sessions
7:30/8:00 PM

salmon and asparagus
