I played college soccer and now live to help people reach their fitness and life goals. I also showcase my fitness lifestyle in all my social platforms. Even though I played college soccer and I'm in good shape right now does not mean I was always like this. I struggled with weight loss and then created a binge eating problem. I eventually learned how to control this issue of mine in order to have a better lifestyle. My goal now is to help people conquer their barriers and reach the goal they always strived for.
