What's up team! If you don't know me; My name is Matt Rios, I am a certified personal trainer since the age of 19. I played college soccer and now live to help people reach their fitness and life goals. I also showcase my fitness lifestyle in all my social platforms. From looking at my social media, I express my athletic capabilities and give people advice to live a healthier lifestyle. Even though I played college soccer and I'm in good shape right now does not mean I was always like this. I struggled with weight loss and then created a binge eating problem. I eventually learned how to control this issue of mine in order to have a better lifestyle. My goal now is to help people conquer their barriers and reach the goal they always strived for.

Daily protein oats and veggie smoothie. Drink my daily promix creatine (5g)
9:00 AM
Weight Training
I take my pre workout right before for best performance
Afternoon
Lunch
Usually have a wrap with grains, protein, and fiber
2:00 PM
Work with clients
Best time to snack on the protein puffs
Late Afternoon
Cardio Training
I take my workout hydration to hydrate my body during and after my workout
7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Dinner
Usually have chicken breast, a whole grain carb, and veggies
