Martin Kelly is an Irish native from Belfast who has been studying mixed martial arts and boxing for over 12 years and has competed in several professional bouts in both fields. He currently does fight preparation training with clients and creates a customized training program for each one. His training programs not only create the mentality of preparing for a fight but also effectively building the mindset of a champion. Since moving to New York City, he has expanded and innovated all of his efforts into the health and wellness field to try and create a more holistic approach to fitness.
