Training
After seeing clients all morning, I get ready to train myself for the day. I fuel my workouts with a Promix Vanilla Whey Protein afterwards.
6:00 PM
Dinner
Follow up with my clients to make sure they all have their rehab plan, and then have dinner which is usually where I'll have my biggest meal of the day.
