We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Promix. If you are not satisfied with a full priced item you purchased, you may return the item within 90 days from the order date.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, less a 10% fee to cover shipping and restocking. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@promixnutrition.com.
Please supply your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. Our return policy does not apply to all items. Below is a list of items that cannot be returned\exchanged and cannot be refunded.

- Subscription purchases (Unless item arrived damaged)
- Limited run items
- Sale items
- Items where a discount code has been applied
- Samples
- Shipping and handling costs
