Add 3-6 pumps (5-10ml) to your coffee, smoothies, or salad dressing and blend throughly for 20-30 seconds.
It is not recommend to exceed 9 pumps (15ml = 1 Tbsp) in one serving. You may consume up to three, 9 pump (15ml) servings per day.
It is best to build up your usage over time to allow your body to adapt to increase MCT's as an energy source and avoid stomach discomfort. Do not use as a cooking oil.
