Coconut Recovery Shake

1 cup frozen berries; 3-5 tbsp. ground flax seed; 25-50g isolate powder; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tbsp. coconut oil or MCT oil; 2-3 tbsp. coconut flakes; Almond or coconut milk|Fill the blender until all of the berries and powder is immersed. Less almond/coconut milk creates a thicker shake.
