5:30 AM

Wake up & train in-person clients

Most days I'll have unflavored collagen peptides with my coffee, along with 2L of water

9:00 AM - 10:00 AM

I like to incorporate some type of LISS or Stretching before I start my day @ the office

10:00 AM

Breakfast
